Time Inc. Appoints Roger Clark Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

(NEW YORK, NY, October 30, 2017)—Time Inc. (NYSE: TIME) today announced the appointment of Roger Clark to Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. Clark will lead the execution of the company’s investor relations strategy and will act as a key contact for financial stakeholders. Serving as an extension of the senior leadership team, he will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Sue D’Emic. Clark succeeds Jaison Blair, who has taken on new responsibilities overseeing certain aspects of the company’s strategic transformation program and continues to oversee Time Inc. India.
Clark brings to Time Inc. more than two decades of financial leadership and investor relations experience across the media and digital landscape. He was most recently with Unified Enterprises Corp., where he served as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Unified, Clark was Chief Financial Officer of Interclick, Inc. through its sale to Yahoo, Inc. He previously spent 15 years at IAC/InterActiveCorp in various operating and corporate roles, including nine years as Vice President, Investor Relations while the company evolved from a local television broadcaster into one of the world’s leading interactive companies. Clark began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in Cleveland and Los Angeles.
